I’m a former Silicon Valley techie who’s now reverse engineering the art and science of personal transformation.
I teach people how to connect with and live from their souls’ deepest desires — so that they can create the life of purpose and aliveness that they truly love.

“Edmond’s newsletters are full of authentic, vulnerable and valuable self-inquiry questions that are based on first-hand experience. He’s an individual that is constantly seeking greater integrity in his relationship with self, family, and work. I highly recommend his curated tools and stories that are both from the heart and helpful!”
My family immigrated to the United States when I was only two months old. They had to work hard, 364 days a year, in our family herb store in San Francisco Chinatown to make ends meet.
And so when I got a job at Google right after graduating MIT and then at top Silicon Valley startups afterwards, I thought I’d achieved the American dream. By age 35, I’d climbed the mountain of tech success and had accomplished so many things I thought I wanted:

One day, sitting alone in the dark in my apartment, my head crumpled into my hands, I sobbed from the depth of my belly. I felt trapped in my 17-year-long sexless relationship (and 8-year-long marriage) that no longer brought me joy — and that was only a symptom of how stuck I felt elsewhere in life.
How could I have walked on what seemed like the right path for so long, only to find myself in a life that I no longer wanted?
How the fuck did I get here?
It took a bold and powerful choice to create something different for myself.
Leaving that marriage was the first radical act of self-love I gave myself in life — one where I chose myself and what I truly wanted rather than what I thought I should want.
The years since then have been spent lovingly taking my life apart and dissecting everything I thought I knew — and then rebuilding it from first principles.
If you truly loved yourself, what would you do?
So many of us live from our conditioning — based on we should want — and end up creating lives that only bring us a fraction of the aliveness, love, and joy we could truly have.
Unfortunately, doing more of the same isn’t going to get us where we want to be.
The only way to create the life we truly want is to connect with our soul’s deepest desires. Those desires make up a powerful inner compass and point to our truth, our aliveness, and our purpose.
I’m here to be a guide on that journey, to help you live in alignment with your desires.
For the past seven years, I’ve had the privilege and luxury of investing $300K+ on the art and science of personal transformation.
I’ve worked with 20+ master coaches, teachers, and shamans around the world — spanning the worlds of leadership, tantra, sexuality, emotional resolution, neuro-linguistic programming, awakened partnership, spirituality, plant medicine, and more.
That exploration has found me the love of my life, a deep connection with my sacred purpose, an expanded sense of aliveness, and soon, my journey into fatherhood.
And here’s the other thing I learned — not all personal transformation is made equal.
Parts of my journey felt beautiful, loving, and expansive — like magic. Other parts felt like dark nights of the soul.
What’s the difference that makes the difference?
I’ve been reverse engineering how can we have rapid personal transformation that feels both loving and magical.
I’m excited to share what I’ve learned.

Even though I quit tech, I’m still an engineer at heart.
And the engineer in me has pieced together a powerful map for how to create rapid personal transformation in your life. It all goes back to how we relate to our deepest desires. Desire is the highest-leverage source of energy for driving change in life.
When we can be deeply intimate with our truest desires, willingly embrace the emotional consequences of them, and take action as radical acts of self-love — that’s when rapid transformation happens.
And that’s possible for all of us — including you.
I feel more free, alive, empowered, and loving than I’ve ever been in life.
I’m here to take and distill everything I learned into simple yet powerful frameworks and models that I can teach through my writing and programs — so that we can all create lives of meaning and fulfillment that we truly love.
